League City Kitchen Renovation 2

Before: It started with the client noticing mold growing in two of her Kitchen cabinets. We removed the cabinets and water tested to find the issue.
The leak was found in a roof vent pipe that was not installed properly and caused water to drain through the wall to the cabinets.

After Kitchen Renovation

The sink wall was cleaned with a mold cleaning agent. The new drywall was encapsulated with an oil base primer. New boxes for the cabinets were built and installed.
We re-used the old styles, doors, and drawer fronts. The customer wanted to add 10 drawer pullouts to her re-built cabinets.
A new granite countertop was installed as well as a new lavatory under mount sink, faucet, and garbage disposal installed. My crew and I were immensely proud of the results.
